On June 12, HyunJin and ViVi have signed exclusive contracts with their new agency CTDENM, an agency formed by a former employee of BlockBerry Creative.
CTDENM welcomed the two idols to their agency and expressed their gratitude. The label also conveyed their willingness to spare unending support for the artists on various fields.
"LOONA members HyunJin and ViVi have both signed exclusive contracts with us. We would like to thank them for joining the company, which marks the start of their new chapter," the agency stated.
CTDENM continued, "We will do our best in sparing our unwavering support to these two artists, in order for their talents to flourish even more in the future."
The agency also encouraged everyone to look forward to HyunJin and ViVi's upcoming activities. It added, "Please give your loving attention to the future paths of HyunJin and Vivi, as well as what CTDENM would offer for everyone."

CTDENM was founded by CEO Yoon Do Yeon, who was formerly a director in the planning division of BlockBerry Creative. The CEO also has a history with agency SM Entertainment, where he worked at in the past.
According to sources, HyunJin and ViVi joined the label due to their trust and longtime relationship with the founder.
LOONA HyunJin & ViVi File Injunctions For Contract Suspension With BlockBerry Creative
In other news, HyunJin and ViVi have filed injunctions against BlockBerry Creative in order to suspend their exclusive contracts.
On February 3, BlockBerry Creative confirmed the injunction filing. "The reports regarding LOONA members ViVi and HyunJin are indeed correct," the agency stated. After Chuu's removal from the group on November 25, 2022, nine LOONA members decided to request the suspension of their exclusive contracts with BlockBerry Entertainment.
Four members were victorious in their appeal, namely HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry. Meanwhile, HaSeul, YeoJin, Yves, Go Won, and Olivia Hye lost the case. HyunJin and ViVi followed up on their win on May 9, as disclosed by Korean news outlets.
Moreover, BlockBerry Creative also submitted a petition against Chuu to suspend the idol's entertainment activities. The filing was made in December 2022, according to the Korea Entertainment Management Association.
The reason for submission was due to the idol "tampering" her exclusive contract by joining BY4M STUDIO in 2021, violating an agreement. Chuu's legal representative stated their claims against Chuu would be investigated and collecting facts should be the first priority.
This has also stirred outrage within LOONA's fandom ORBITs, who expressed their anger to BlockBerry Creative's petition against Chuu.
