Somi's "GAME PLAN" listening party still had the K-pop community on a daze, leading to this rumor.

On August 13, a netizen uploaded two photos, which were taken from the official Instagram accounts of Mingyu and Somi. The post also included the title, "Are Jeon Somi and SEVENTEEN Mingyu dating?"

The author captioned, "What's up with the clothes?"

In the first picture, the netizen pointed out Mingyu's clothing, and associated it to the second photo, a black "GAME PLAN" drawstring bag from Somi.

However, the netizen focused more on the second picture's background that's identical to Mingyu's clothing design, implying that Somi had taken a picture of the SEVENTEEN member's backside.

This translated the netizen's proposition of the two K-pop stars having romantic connection due to a "lovestagram" crumb and only led to fans' frustration, since no credible evidence was enough to indicate that Mingyu and Somi were dating.

Meanwhile, some netizens also lowkey mentioned member Joshua in the comments for his alleged relationship with a rumored non-celebrity girlfriend. Read their comments below:
