As 2023 comes to a close, Lyst has named the A-list celebrities who rocked the fashion scene and generated the most buzz this year. This year, the list included Rihanna & ASAP Rocky, Kylie Jennier, Kit Connor, Gwyneth Paltrow, and BLACKPINK's very own Jennie Kim.

Hailing from South Korea, Jennie is the only Asian to be mentioned in the list this year.

Lyst noted that Jennie sends shockwaves through the fashion industry every time she steps out. In this year's Cannes Film Festival, Jennie stunned in a Shushu/Tong Dress that earned her the spotlight.

In May 2023, Jennie released a collaboration with Calvin Klein. The collection was a massive success. Not only did the "Jennie for Calvin Klein" collection boost sales for the fashion brand by 22%, but Lyst also noted that is was among the top five most explosive fashion collaborations of the year.

Additionally, in August of 2023, Jennie was seen wearing Cecilie Bahnsen x Asics Mary-Jane sneakers. After she was photographed, there was a 27% spike in the brand's website views within 24 hours.

Together with her bandmates, Jennie was invested by King Charles III as an Honorary Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) on November 22, 2023, at a special investiture held at Buckingham Palace. South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol was also present.
