Yulhee, who rose to fame as a member of girl group LABOUM, surprised viewers when she revealed her intention to resume dating life after her divorce on a recent television show, prompting divided reactions online.

The singer-turned-YouTuber reflected on her post-divorce life, declaring that divorce was the beginning of her life. When veteran actress Bang Eun Hee urged her to meet someone new, Yulhee calmly responded, "I absolutely will," hinting at plans to start dating again just nine months after finalizing her divorce from FTISLAND drummer Choi Min-hwan in December 2023.

Within hours of the preview's release, critics and supporters alike took to social media. Some netizens criticized Yulhee for publicly broadcasting her personal journey, arguing that her private life has been overexposed since her premarital pregnancy and breakup with LABOUM in 2017.

On the other hand, many fans and fellow celebrities rallied around Yulhee, praising her honesty and resilience. Supporters pointed to her openness about marital struggles in past interviews and her decision to seek happiness after enduring difficult years behind the scenes.

In addition to the "Channel A" teaser, Yulhee's candid admission follows her recent appearance on MBN's "Let's Go Go" Season 5, recorded on August 30. There, she spoke frankly about choosing herself over remarriage, citing the importance of stability for her children and emotional recovery after a turbulent marriage of five years.

Yulhee and Choi married in June 2018 after announcing her pregnancy and welcomed their son the same month. The couple added twin daughters to their family in February 2020, often sharing glimpses of family life on reality programs. Despite their mutual agreement to divorce last year, custody of the couple's three children was granted to Choi, with Yulhee maintaining visitation rights and involvement in their upbringing.

As the full episode of the "4-Person Dining Table" approaches its broadcast, audiences remain divided with Yulhee's comments. Some look forward to seeing her journey unfold, while others remain skeptical of turning her private choices into public entertainment. Either way, her frank approach to life after divorce continues to spark conversation about privacy, empathy, and the challenges faced by single mothers in the spotlight.
