Maria Sharapova may have had too much of her boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov during the couple’s Mexican beach holiday. They arrived separate for ESPYs 2014, which of course spurred split rumors. But that may not totally be unfounded as the couple not only arrived separately, but remained separated throughout the whole evening at ESPY awards.

Knowing that Maria Sharapova and her boyfriend Grigor Dimitrov don’t shy away from showing support for each other, this separation at the ESPYs seemed a little out of place.

Maria Sharapova has always been the more successful on between the two. This year at the ESPY Awards, she also took home the Female Tennis Player of the Year Award, confirming her as the ultimate veteran of the tennis world.

But that doesn’t mean that the 23-year-old Bulgarian didn’t have any fun! He got dressed in head-to-toe Burberry and strutted the red carpet like he owned the place.

Hopefully John Legend didn’t mind that the up-and-coming tennis star was rubbing shoulders with his wife! With the split rumors in the air, it would be dangerous to let your significant other close to Grigor Dimitrov.
