In other news, Sooyoung recently got the lead role for JTBC's special short drama. According to Soompi, the confirmation was revealed on Thursday, April 13.
JTBC's special short drama titled "A Person You Could Know". The drama's story centers on how the modern society search for people on social media - knowing people more than knowing oneself.
Sooyoung's "A Person You Cold Know" will be released as web dramas. Each episode will be 10 minutes long. Two episodes will then be aired on television subsequently. This will be JTBC's first web drama.
In addition, Sooyoung was also cast in another drama. The weekend drama is titled "Man Who Sets the Table" by MBC.
SM Entertainment confirmed Sooyoung being cast in MBC's weekend drama on Friday, April 14. Man Who Sets the Table" is written by Park Hyun Joo ("Hooray for Love") and Joo Seong Woo PD ("The Legendary Witch").
