According to People, "David O. Russell's upcoming Christmas Day release Joy was entirely shut out of the nominations, including the director's go-to muse Jennifer Lawrence. While Lawrence's previous collaborations with Russell have led to gold (she won the Oscar for Silver Linings Playbook), it appears her turn as an entrepreneurial single mom may not be destined for a similar fate."

This is a little ironic as Jennifer Lawrence recently proclaimed her undying love for David O. Russell's work.

According to Vanity Fair, "Lawrence told David O. Russell, "I'll do anything with you until you die.""

Jennifer Lawrence may now have "Hunger Games" behind her, but that doesn't mean that she feels totally confident with her future. In fact, the most recent gossip is that "Hunger Games" actress got "really, really drunk" before her sex scene with Chris Pratt in their new movie.

Looks like alcohol really does solve all problems.

The actress said she was at her "most vulnerable" while filming next year's sci-fi romance drama Passengers, in which Pratt and Lawrence play on-screen lovers."

Let's hope that she doesn't turn to substance to solve her Liam Hemsworth and Nicholas Hoult drama.

But the actress may also be aching to get back together with her ex Nicholas Hoult. With the final movie of "Hunger Games" out in cinemas, she may have to make a decision quickly between her ex and her co-star Liam Hemsworth.
