About the name Beast and its legal trademark rights, Cube has it in Korea but not in Hong Kong and China. Beast members are still in talks about the legal rights of the name with their previous company Cube. According to Beast members, they will face anything together. They will not leave each others' side and will fight any legal fight to get what they should have.

It has been some months after many speculations about Beast members creating their own company. Now, they have indeed created their own Entertainment Company, Good Luck Entertainment, to self support their group.

It has been reported by Cube Entertainment before those Beast members will not leave Cube; however, it is the exact opposite of what the members did. However, Kpopstarz has reported before that Beast members are keen about not going back and renewing their contract with Cube Entertainment. We have also reported about the members making their own agency after their 7th anniversary.
