Over the years, we have seen some unique choreography from our favorite K-Pop idols - with many of them being so addicting and even going viral (I'm looking at you "TT"!)

However, despite some choreographies being well-received by fans, there are those who don't fancy their choreography - even the idols themselves!

With that being said, here are seven times K-Pop idols revealed that they dislike their own song's choreography.

1. Red Velvet - "Rookie"

Yes, you read that right! A Red Velvet member dislikes the addicting choreography of "Rookie," and it's Irene and Yeri. Irene had revealed in the past that she dislikes both the choreography and the song itself due to it being too childish, which does make sense considering that Irene just turned 30 years old (31 in Korean age) this year.

As for Yeri, she revealed that she had a hard time singing and dancing to the song simultaneously as she can't catch her breath while performing - to the point that she felt like she was going to throw up.

2. EXO - "Lucky One"

During a past interview with JTBC, the members of EXO had confessed to hating the choreography of their 2016 release, "Lucky One." According to the members, the choreography caused them to experience physical pain while they perform, in addition to having only focused on performing the choreography during their comeback stages. In fact, they dislike it so much, they don't perform the choreography during their concerts.

3. B.A.P - "Body & Soul"

"Body & Soul" takes on a more mature side, which made the members of B.A.P feel uncomfortable. According to the members, they felt very uncomfortable performing the sexual parts of the choreography of the song - which takes up a big portion of "Body & Soul" as they are almost constantly doing body waves. B.A.P later changed the sexual parts, such as the move that takes place on the ground, into simpler moves after their lawsuit with TS Entertainment was settled.

4. U-KISS - "Don't Flirt"

Former U-KISS member, Kevin, expressed how uncomfortable he was with the sexual and mature themes portrayed in "Don't Flirt" and its music video, and revealed that they had no creative control over how they performed the song. He continuously apologized to fans for the song.

5. Wonder Girls - "Tell Me"

It was revealed that the members of Wonder Girls extremely disliked "Tell Me," because of its retro styling and choreography - especially because they weren't born yet during the concept of retro, so they weren't able to connect with the song and choreography. They hated it so much that they begged JYP Entertainment to let them debut with another song and not make them perform it again.

6. Nine Muses - "No Playboy"

Ryu Sera, the group's former leader, revealed on her Youtube channel that "No Playboy" was difficult for the group to perform due to its sexual choreography and outfits - which was very troubling for the members, especially their youngest members who were only teenagers at the time. The concept of "No Playboy" even made the members cry, and when Sera raised her disapproval with the choreography, she lost her position as the group's leader.

7. Super Junior - "Spy"

It seems that Heechul is the only member of Super Junior who likes "Spy." The choreography for "Spy" has a lot of changes in formation, which can make it rather difficult to perform when there are members of the group who are missing - and it's quite hard having all the members in one place due to their individual schedules. In fact, you can easily find a compilation video of the members expressing their dislike for the song numerous times!
