#SVT_Rockwithyou: SEVENTEEN Wants to 'Rock with You' in New Music Video + Records Over 1.4 Million Pre-Order Sales

SEVENTEEN is finally back with their new mini-album "Attacca," which achieved more than one million copies in pre-order sales.

"Attacca" is the third part of the Pledis boy group's "Power of Love" project, which involves different forms of love that exist around the world. This comes after their latest mini-album "Your Choice," which was released this past June.

SEVENTEEN 'Rock with You' MV Officially Out alongside the Group's New Mini-Album 'Attacca'

On Oct. 22 at 1 p.m. KST, SEVENTEEN made their highly-awaited return with their ninth mini-album, titled "Attacca," which consists of seven new songs including the title track "Rock with You."

During a press conference held prior to the album's release, SEVENTEEN shared that "Attacca" tackles a deeper and more passionate form of love. The album also shows a more mature side of the group and chronicles how they have grown and how their understanding of love has developed over time.

SEVENTEEN member Woozi detailed that the title of the album "refers to the musical terms of one movement to the next with a pause." In other words, "Attacca" presents how the group shows an unstoppable kind of love.

Regarding SEVENTEEN's "Rock with You," member Jeonghan said that it is a song that talks about always desiring to be with someone you love and how you're willing to do everything for that person.

Woozi took part in composing "Rock with You" and he also participated in writing the lyrics alongside Joshua and Vernon.

In SEVENTEEN's "Rock with You" MV, the SEVENTEEN members showcased some parts of the song's choreography and flaunted more mature visuals as they convey their sincere love for someone.

The MV began with solo scenes of some of the members, Joshua, Jun, Jeonghan, Hoshi, and Wonwoo. It then transitioned to a part where five members are seen dancing to the song.

It continued to parts where all 13 SEVENTEEN members are in one place and showing off their synchronization as they dance to the track. More solo scenes are shown between group shots.

SEVENTEEN's "Rock with You" MV ended with the boy group on what appears to be a stage against a backdrop of stars, and Wonwoo singing, "I wanna stay with you."

As of press time, the music video has more than 1.7 million views and over 480,000 likes. It is also currently trending under the music category.

SEVENTEEN 'Attacca' Exceeds 1.4 Million Copies in Pre-Order Sales

In other news, "Attacca" is one of SEVENTEEN's most popular albums to date after recording more than one million pre-orders.

On Oct. 22, it was announced that "Attacca" surpassed 1.4 million stock pre-orders. At this rate, the boy group would most likely earn their fifth consecutive "million-seller" title with this new album.

This pre-order sales figure has exceeded SEVENTEEN's first-week physical sales record of 1,364,127 copies set by their eighth mini-album "Your Choice."

Concerning the physical sales of SEVENTEEN's "Attacca," it has crossed 220,000 copies as of 4:20 p.m. KST on Oct. 22 for its first-day sales.
