TWICE Dahyun Receives Mixed Opinions for Her Attitude on Radio Show
On November 17, TWICE members Tzuyu and Dahyun appeared on KBS Cool FM's "Park Myung Soo Radio Show." During the show, DJ Park Myung Soo brought up TWICE's digital achievements, saying, "The whole group is promoting 'SCIENTIST.' What is the reaction to the song? The fans are getting more and more enthusiastic, aren't they?"
"SCIENTIST" is well-loved by international fans, but their rankings on the chart have been lukewarm. Dahyun and Tzuyu tried to smile and laugh off the question, but Park Myung Soo continued to push the topic, asking, "Let's check the fruit chart (MelOn). Can I check it?"

In response to Park Myung Soo's question, Dahyun read a viewer's comment, saying, "Why are you making it difficult for them? This is TWICE! Dahyun is a funny person, but she must also get tired of her fame. Be happy, Dahyun!
Park Myung Soo then asked Dahyun if she read this comment on purpose. In response, Dahyun laughed and said she only read what was in front of her.

Dahyun's response sparked mixed opinions among internet users. Some praised Dahyun for her wit, intelligence, and ability to handle such an awkward conversation. People noted that Dahyun appeared frustrated by Park Myung Soo's question but did not bite back. Instead, she was applauded for being quick on her feet by reading a fan comment, which can be considered her giving listeners attention.
However, some believe that Dahyun's actions were rude. Both Dahyun and Tzuyu were criticized for not answering the question, leading Park Myung Soo to dig to get a response. Some claimed that Dahyun's actions were disrespectful, as Park Myung Soo is her senior. TWICE Dahyun Criticized for Rude Actions at Airport in 2019
This situation caused many internet users to recall a situation in December 2019 where Dahyun was slammed for alleged rude behavior. At the time, TWICE was in Incheon Airport headed to Japan. While checking in, Dahyun appeared upset after seeing the staff hold her passport up, as if she were intentionally revealing her personal information in front of fansites and reporters.
After seeing her passport could reveal personal information, Dahyun immediately covered her passport with her hand. She was then videoed glaring at the staff before quickly grabbing her passport and walking away. While many agreed that the staff could have accidentally spilled personal information, Dahyun was criticized for being accidental.

Others believed that the staff did not mean to leak her personal information and just raised the documents too high on accident. Dahyun was criticized for being too sensitive and for behaving unpleasantly.
