Youngji Talked About Her Career Plan In An Interview With International bnt

In an interview with International bnt, Youngji revealed that she posted many pictures on her social media to get closer to fans. She wanted to share her activities to her fans through social media. About her plan in the future, she wanted to appear more in dramas and variety shows, AllKpop reported.

She also shared about her desire to work with Ji Chang Wook after watching him playing a charismatic role in "Empress Ki." About the future plan for KARA, she said that she and other members discuss to perform together on stage someday. Before that, she wanted to work hard. When she was asked about her role model, she chose Uhm Jung Hwa because she wanted to be a dynamic star like her.

Youngji is a very talented singer. She has chosen as the new member of KARA after a tight competition in "Kara Project" in 2014. Unfortunately, the three members decided to leave the group and started their solo career after their contract expired, Soompi reported. Youngji decided to have a solo career under DSP Media after the disbandment of KARA.

Youngji once shared her affection for Lee Dong Wook after watching him playing the Grim Reaper in "Goblin." They have met previously on "Roommate" but Youngji didn't show interest back then. She fell for Lee Dong Wook's character and jokingly said wanted to marry him. Lee Dong Wook gave his response that they could talk about it after Youngji is over 25 years old, Soompi reported.
