Chuu Reveals Struggles: 'I don't try to avoid difficult situations'
Former LOONA member Chuu has opened up on a pictorial for magazine Cosmopolitan about her struggles, solo promotions, and love for fans.

Chuu Imparts Thoughts on Music, Personality, Hardships
On March 23, Cosmopolitan uploaded an interview segment with former LOONA member Chuu, and the idol's lovely pictorial.
In the interview, Chu first shared she felt foreign with her dark and bold styling in the photoshoot. The magazine followed up which times did Chuu felt strong in her life, to which the idol responded, "I'm someone who quickly forgets, especially hard times, and I don't think unfair situations affect me anymore."
The idol also elaborated her resolve for improvement, such as exercising regularly, finding new hobbies, and generally absorbing knowledge to make her happy. Regarding her music, Chuu was also praised by the interviewer, commending her motivation.
"There's momentary pain indeed, but rather than get trapped on that spot, I'll always look for a path that can lead me to move forward."
"Examples include exercising regularly, discovering new hobbies, and experiencing things I'm passionate about to protect my mind from stressful occurrences."
"I think I enjoy this work so much to the point of being consistent. Lately, I've been hearing from people, 'how are you still enjoy working despite it being stressful?'"
"However, I'd say working is fun to me. Whenever I have a hard time, singing can make me happy immediately. I've been able to keep up with work because this is something I enjoy."

Chuu also shared her mindset for the year 2023 and her upcoming solo activities. The idol also opened up about what she felt regarding her restless controversy in November 2020, when she was removed from LOONA due to alleged "abuse of power" towards a staff member.
It was also followed when her agency BlockBerry Creative submitted a suspension petition for Chuu's entertainment activities. Following this, Chuu addressed the articles that followed, due to its slanderous nature.
"I don't try to avoid difficult situations. I just accept difficult emotions, instead of avoiding it. I overcome these by doing things under my control."
"Although fans say I should be more honest to myself if I'm having a hard time, I just want to offer them good memories."
"Everything is okay now, because I'll be able to share everything once I acquire more experience in my career, right?"

Meanwhile, Chuu also hinted a possible solo album on her end. The singer stated a bright song can match with her upbeat personality, and show energetic performances on stage.
Furthermore, Chuu admires persevere people who are intact with their goals, as well as encouraged everyone to keep moving forward with her and be fearless.
"I think a bright song would be perfect for my cheerful energy on stage."
