Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung Quotes Famous Line From ‘Goblin’ When Asked About Jessica Jung

Girls Generation is undoubtedly a vital part that shapes K-Pop industry. The girl group has been an eternal role model for every girl group to look up to. Now, the veteran girl group is ready to celebrate their 10-year anniversary this year with a lot of special surprises coming ahead. Sooyoung, one of Girls Generation's members, has shared a few secrets about her group's anniversary and her former bandmate Jessica Jung.

Recently, Sooyoung was featured for a special interview with Sports DongA. During the interview, Sooyoung shared her amazing stories of Girls' Generation's journey after almost 10 years dominating the industry. According to Allkpop, Sooyoung revealed that being a part of a legendary girl group like Girls' Generation's is something she'd never dare to imagine. She said she didn't even realize the meaning of being a star until she and her group won the Daesang Award two years ago. Since then, she began to cherish every bittersweet moment with the girls.

The singer who will be hosting SNL Korea on March 25 feels so much grateful to be with Girls Generation when the girls started to promote as an individual. Sooyoung realized that being with the girls in Girls' Generation is the worthiest of all the things she can do. She feels so lucky to be granted a warm family full of sisters who always showered each other with love and endless supports.

On the interview, Sooyoung was also asked about how she felt when one of her closest friends in the group, Jessica Jung, chose to leave Girls' Generation. She didn't say anything much except a famous line from TV drama "Goblin" to express her feelings about Jessica Jung: because the weather was good, because the weather was bad, and because the weather was good enough. I loved every moment of it.

Last but not least, Sooyoung expressed her gratitude to fans that have been supporting Girl's Generation until they made it to their 10-year anniversary this year. Girls' Generation's 10-year anniversary album sets to release in August.
