BTS V Gets Featured in the Largest Teen Magazine in Germany

BTS member V recently appeared in BRAVO, the largest teen magazine in Germany. In the article, the magazine described the male idol's voice as "soulful." They also shared the previous interview featuring BTS V where he revealed the song that expresses his inner sadness well.

Based in Munich, Germany, BRAVO is the biggest teen magazine in the country as well as within the German-language sphere which is the group of countries that all use German as their official language, including Switzerland and Austria.

BTS V Appears in the Largest Teen Magazine within the German-Speaking Countries

Titled "BTS: V Shows His Sadness in This Song," the article was actually published on the official website of BRAVO on March 23. The magazine starts off the article by saying, "The singer V of BTS is known for his soulful voice."

They added, "He has long been known among the band members as the 'soulful one,' which is because of his special voice."

The German-language teen magazine also titled a portion of its article as "V's Voice is 'soulful'." There, BRAVO shared that BTS V received praise from Iris Stevenson, the choir director behind the film "Sister Act 2 - in divine mission."

The director commented, "Emotional, I like that," after hearing BTS V sing Michael Bublé's "I Wanna Go Home."

Iris Stevenson also said that Kim Taehyung (V's real name) has a "wonderful voice," and that he should continue singing because people feel something when he sings.

This is not the first time that BTS V received favorable reviews for his unique voice. "Real Sound," a Japanese music media, commented that V's voice has a "unique tone with a rich airy texture and a neutral, sexy tone of voice."

The Billboard magazine in the United States said, "With a wide range and a deep tone, V's expressive vocals are a mainstay to BTS sound." World-class soprano and GRAMMY award-winner Sumi Jo also complimented Kim Taehyung's voice after hearing his own version of Turnadot's "Nessum Dorma."

Sumi Jo stated that she was impressed at the way he hit the tunes so effortlessly, and singing it without music or instrument accompaniment. "That is what you call 'absolute pitch,' he has such an incredible talent," she commented.

BTS V Shares that One Song That Conveys His Inner Sadness

The other part of the article featuring V in BRAVO is titled "V brings his emotions to the BTS songs." The teen magazine shared the time when BTS V shared one song that is particularly close to his heart as it reflects his inner sadness so well. And this song was unveiled to be "Blue & Grey."

"I tried to express my inner sadness and uncertainty. So I have the feeling of being empty and mentally exhausted which is the meaning of "blue," and the sadness about not being able to see the ARMY anymore which is for "grey," V said in a video after BTS performed the track for the first time at their MTV Unplugged concert last month.
