On July 1, Genius Korea released the Top 10 albums of K-pop artists on the platform for June 2021. Releases of both idol groups and soloists made it to the list.

TXT "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" is the Most Famous Album on Genius Korea for June 2021

Taking first place is TXT's new album "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE." This is the group's second Korean studio album, following "The Dream Chapter: Magic."

Released on May 31, TXT "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" contains the title track "0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You)," which features female soloist Seori.

BTS RM and "hitman" Bang (also known as Bang Si Hyuk) participated in writing the lyrics for the title track.

"The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" becomes TXT's first-ever Top 5 entry on Billboard 200, which ranks the most famous albums and extended plays in the United States.

With this album, the five-member boy group also achieved the sixth-highest first-week sales of any K-pop boy group in Hanteo Chart's history.

TXT "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" impressively sold a total of 630,563 copies from May 31 to June 6. This is more than twice the group's previous first-week sales record of 303,190 achieved by their 2020 mini-album "minisode1: Blue Hour."

TWICE "Taste of Love" is the Second-Most Famous Album on Genius Korea for June 2021

Following TXT is TWICE with their latest album "Taste of Love." This album showcases the girl group's more mature side when it comes to love.

TWICE "Taste of Love" is the very first mini album by a female K-pop act in history to chart inside the Top 10 of Billboard 200.

In addition, "Taste of Love" is TWICE's first-ever album to spend two weeks on the said Billboard Chart, becoming the first 2021 album by a K-pop girl group to do so.

TWICE "Taste of Love" even became the best-selling album of the week ending on June 19. The album obtained a total of 46,000 equivalent album units.

With these units sold, TWICE "Taste of Love" rose to No. 1 on Billboard Top Album Sales chart, becoming the first mini album by a girl group in history - not just for K-pop - to attain this milestone.

EXO "Don't Fight the Feeling" is the Third-Most Famous Album on Genius Korea for June 2021

EXO came in third place with their special album "Don't Fight the Feeling," their first release in over a year and a half.

With "Don't Fight the Feeling," EXO earned another "million-seller" title. The album sold a total of 1,089,681 copies as of June 13.

Over on the iTunes charts, EXO "Don't Fight the Feeling" successfully reached the No. 1 spot in 87 countries. This makes the SM artist the second boy group in history to score at least 80 No. 1s on iTunes Album Chart.

EXO's special album "Don't Fight the Feeling" even became the world's best-selling album for the week ending on June 26.
