Dispatch Reveals IZ*ONE Members' Opinions on Their Reunion

Dispatch has unveiled each stance of the IZ*ONE members about their reunion, which eventually fell through.

In June, CJ ENM shared that they were in discussions with the agencies of the IZ*ONE members about the project girl group getting back together.

However, on July 6, CJ ENM officially announced that IZ*ONE's reunion will not take place. The company did not elaborate on why the plan was unsuccessful and instead asked the fans to continue supporting the members.

Dispatch Unveils How IZ*ONE Members' Responded to Their Reunion

Based on Dispatch's information, the 12 members of the project girl group had mixed responses on CJ ENM's plan for their reunion.

The IZ*ONE members were not named, and instead, letters were used as identifiers. The opinion of one member was not included.

According to Dispatch, members A and B had no plans on agreeing to IZ*ONE's reunion. Members B, C, D, and E also seemed to have rejected CJ ENM's proposal as they said that they want to do individual activities instead.

IZ*ONE members F and G, on the other hand, are currently taking a break, so they haven't decided yet.

Members H and I said that they are anticipating IZ*ONE's reunion or relaunch, however, they feel that it won't be easy.

Lastly, IZ*ONE members J and K expressed their desire for a unit group but also acknowledged that it might be impossible to happen.

Dispatch also stated that some of the companies are planning to debut new girl groups, in which some IZ*ONE members might be included.

While CJ ENM revealed that IZ*ONE's reunion will not push through, the fundraising campaign of fans continues. So far, they have accumulated 574.26 million won.

Moreover, the committee leading the girl group's relaunch project will try to talk to CJ ENM again and also send proposals to members' respective agencies with the hope that even one IZ*ONE unit will be formed.

After IZ*ONE's disbandment in April, only some of the members are seen active in the entertainment industry.

In May, Kim Chaewon and Kwon Eunbi each released a cover of Bolbbalgan4's "You and I from the Beginning" and "IU's Eight," respectively, as part of Woollim Entertainment's "THE LIVE."

On July 15, Eunbi was announced to be joining the fandom platform, UNIVERSE. Her "planet" will open on July 19. NCSoft plans to release exclusive content related to the singer.

Lee Chaeyeon appeared on Red Velvet Seugli's "seulgi.zip" in June. Recently, she was revealed to participate in Mnet's "Street Woman Fighter" as a member of the dance crew, named "WANT."

In the same month, Jo Yuri, the main vocalist, released the original soundtrack, "Story of Us," of the JTBC drama "Monthly Home."

Choi Yena was also active in June, mainly in various entertainment programs such as "Idol Dictation Contest" and MBC's "The King of Mask Singer."

On June 19, Japanese member Miyawaki Sakura ended her activities as an HKT48 member with a graduation concert.

In early July, Hyewon issued her "Beauty Cut" photo book to commemorate her new beginning after her activities in IZ*ONE.
